It is produced at Kyodo Farm, which is widely known for raising great quality animals under their excellent welfare standards. Having won several meat competitions in Japan, this succulent pork is praised for having more umami flavours than regular pork, with its sweet and tender meat which is flavourful even when cold!

Sourcing our Halal Japanese Wagyu from Halal-dedicated farms and slaughterhouses, we are happy to announce that we will be officially making it available for sale.
 



 

Our Halal-certified farms and slaughterhouses are mainly located in two areas, Shikoku region, Tokushima prefecture and Kyushu region, Miyazaki prefecture. Filled with beautiful and scenic landscapes, both these areas are truly perfect for raising high-grade cattle, especially with its abundant natural resources.

With these certifications, our slaughterhouse ensures that our Halal Craft Wagyu is high quality, secure and safe for all consumption. Producing Japanese A4/A5 grade wagyu, these places invest in the latest technologies, machines and equipment to produce the best Halal Craft Wagyu for the consumers. Due to the fact that they have their own farms, they get to control the supply and sustain only the best quality of Halal Craft Wagyu Beef!

Import Expo (CIIE) 2020!

The 3rd China International Import Expo (CIIE) 2020 is one of the largest and most important tradeshow in China, held from 5th November to 10th November 2020.

ADiRECT Singapore was invited by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), with the support of Enterprise Singapore, to participate in this major trade exhibition this year.

To raise awareness of our company in the Chinese market and generate more interests in our Japanese Wagyu products, we took this opportunity to promote our company’s product innovations (Beef Cubes and Beef Gyoza) that are proudly made in Singapore.

China is an important potential market for ADiRECT and CIIE 2020 has helped us tremendously in getting business leads; allowing us to understand the needs and wants of Chinese consumers with the demand for Premium Japanese Wagyu.

Many people have expressed great interests in buying or importing Japanese Wagyu once the trade borders are open, whether is it for personal interests or business opportunities. We are humbled by the overwhelmingly positive response of many Chinese visitors who came by our booths to leave contact information as well as their desires to bring in Japanese Wagyu into China.

Despite not being able to attend CIIE 2020 physically, it was a very successful exhibition for ADiRECT and we believe it is an important milestone for us to enter into the Chinese market. Once China re-opens its trade borders to allow the import of Japanese Wagyu into their country, we will be ready to provide our premium products and services to our customers from China.

On 28th December 2017, ADiRECT Singapore Pte Ltd (henceforth ADS) formed a Capital & Business partnership with Starzen International Co., Ltd, a subsidiary company of Starzen Co., Ltd, that is responsible for the import and export of meat and processed meat products.

With a special focus on high quality Japanese wagyu beef, ADS has been expanding business in the distribution of Japanese agricultural, livestock and fishery products and production of processed food products to the F&B industry in Singapore.

That story assumed a life of its own, becoming one of the most widely read food stories of the year and garnering well over a million views. It continues to be heavily viewed to this day, and since it was the most read of the hundreds of online pieces I have written, I safely assume it is a topic that interests a lot of people. But the playing field has changed significantly since 2012, so I am revisiting the topic with the new truth about the world’s most famous and coveted beef.

Singapore (22 July 2013) – The prized and rarely exported Kobe beef has launched in Singapore for the first time, and will be served exclusively at CUT by Wolfgang Puck for two months.

Renowned for its outstanding flavor, fine marbling and mely-in-your-mouth texture, Kobe beef from the Hyogo Prefecture is a protected trademark and viewed as a national treasure in Japan.

Only pureblood “Tajima-gyu” cattle since the Edo period (1615 to 1867) to the present day from the Hyogo Prefecture that are raised by designated farmers can be considered for the Kobe beef certification.
